Both software and hardware, as we use Vector MicroSAR, it will able allocate required memory for task level context switching with CAT2 iSR2.  CAT0 ISR is outside microSAR context, where MICROSAR Runs in CAT2 ISR( PIT using RTI).

we observed, if CAT2 ISR ( OS task)  is interrupted by CAT0 ISR ( FOC control application ) , noticed application data was incorrect.

Have you checked with Vector on this? In CAT2 ISR are you using any MCAL module?

Vector verified the configuration , looks ok for them, they asking to check with MCU provider.

if you available we can you also review arch , demonstrate the issue.

To answer to your question, CAT2 ISR used by MCAL and MicroSAR.
