    Hello,

    1). Try again with another C1104 chip because the chip you used maybe locked.

    2). Try again with another code file to check whether the error is caused by your application code.

    3). Try again with other programming tool to check whether the error is caused by J-LINK. And it is important for you to confirm your JLINK configuration is right.
