Please refer to the device name convention in datasheet (table 10-1):

If Y = G, the device is non-functional safety (AM2631 only)

If Y = F, the device is with functional safety

If y = H, it is a security device.

You can read the register TOP_CTRL.EFUSE_JTAG_USERCODE_ID, and register address is 0x50D80038.
