TM4C123GH6ZXR: TI BMC TM4C123GH6ZRBT7R output abnormal

Part Number: TM4C123GH6ZXR

Dear expert,

After long run, the two pin (PJ6 & PF5) runs abnormally and drop to 1V (it should output 3.3V)

But if you turn off this SOC and turn on again, it can work well.

Have you ever encounter this situation?  Any suggestion to fix this problem?

TM4C as BMC and triggered SOC to boot. And the BR88 & BR122 is 0ohm.

Function for these pins

PJ6: Power button output. Provide SOC Power button signal

PF5: RSMRST#. Inform SOC the PCH power is ready
