AM2432: DP83822 PHYs cannot be linked successfully and some MII pins' configure seem be missing in syscfg

Hi experts,

I'm using the Ethernet/IP stack with the syscfg.However,The dp83822 PHYs used seem working unnormally,because the pc cannot find them through RJ45 cable.

In syscfg,I find it lack of some pins like RX_ER,RX_LINK. Does it mean that RX_ER,RX_LINK can be not used in MII?If not,why it shows like this?

Besides,AM2432 could not output 25MHz for dp83822 PHYs in board.

And the two PHY's register 0x0001 (BMSR) are all read as 0x7849.That means 'Auto Negotiation process not completed' and 'Link not established'.

I want to know what is the problem and what step I can take to go on.

I'm using 'Code Composer Studio 12.2.0.00009 ' and 'SysConfig 1.18.0'.

Any other info is needed?Please don't hesitate to tell me.
