AM263P4: To verify availability of AM263P4 controller and clarify doubts

While exploring controllers for our project, we have come across this controller as it satisfies most of our requirements as per its specifications.

Some of our key requirements:

1. Real time execution of tasks using mutliple cores (Minimum 4 cores)
2. Each core should have operating frequency more than 300MHz
3. Controller should be able to handle data processing load
4. CAN Interface
5. SPI interface (Min 6 channels)

Please let us know AM263P4 is available for purchasing. Is there any timeline to make it available. If not then  any other controller can be used to met above requirements?

Also please let us know about AM2634 IC.
