MSPM0L1306: lowest cost for 500 ksps ADC sampling

Hi team,

From the TRM, internal ADC sampling rate is limited by 200 ksps unless external voltage refrence is used.

For this voltage reference, is it ok to use just a voltage divider? Or adding opamp to buffer the voltage divider? Because customer wants to use internal ADC with 500 ksps, but they don't add cost.

    Hello Hideki,

    If you want to use the external reference, you can refer to this:

    1). You should connect a decoupling capacitor on the reference pins.

    2). You should notice the reference value.1.4 V~ VDD
