Where will get the longevity data for cortex M0 series microcontroller? Kindly share the link.

The MSPM0G is a new device that has released this year so it will be available until at least 2034.

The MTBF and FIT values for any TI device can be found on the reliability page of ti.com, input the part number inn the field and press search to see the info.
I did one for the PM (64 pin QFP) package.
