MSPM0L1306: How to get ADC current value

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking.  The ADC only measures voltages.

If you need to measure a current in a portion of circuit, you will need to put a small value series resistor in that circuit and measure the voltage drop across the resistor.  Since you know the value of the resistor and the have measured the voltage acoss the resistor, you can calculate the current.

Does this sound like what you are attempting to do?

A resistor of course will only work on the low side of the load. For high side look into the INAx180 - though there are a bunch of other IC's to choose from.
