AM2634-Q1: Board goes hang

Does the baudrate of your uart terminal match the baudrate defined in the CS example? The default value is 115200. Would you run your code line by line to find which function or instruction prints this garbage data.

If you unplug your AM263x Control card (TMDSCNCD263) from the IO Extender (TMDSHSECDOCK), does the board work? Does the control card or the AM263x get overheating after the board is powered up? 

this is not a baud rate issue, this is something else,

I think its goes into sleep mode and sending 1 byte once wakeup

The example project doesn't program UART registers to enter sleep mode. Did you set the Sleep Mode bit in UART register?

Did you get GPIO Push button message (below) before printing the garbage message?

I'd like to know where or which function prints the garbage message. The UART is initialized in system_init().

I think this is the issue with my GPIO Interrupt Code, because when i am working on other peripheral (UART, SPI, I2C), i am not getting any garbage data 1

Does the GPIO ISR reconfigure UART and call your own UART msg print function? Have you tried the GPIO example (interrupt) in SDK package?

You said the issue is related to your GPIO ISR code. Does the ISR of GPIO example cause the same issue? How does your ISR use print function?

My ISR used UART_Console to print the function.
