Hi Team
We are using AM2431 in our design, we have shortlisted the PSRAMs with both 3.3V and 1.8V supply voltage to interface with the MCU. During the Noise margin analysis we came to know that all those PSRAMs are failing since the VOH(min) margin is less for the MCU. Need your thoughts here.
Can you please suggest any PSRAMs with parallel interface which can be interfaced with AM2431 MCU.

Hello AVS,
Thank you for the query.
I am looking into the query and will have to reach out internally with the device experts.
Please expect delay in response.

Hello AVS
Please refer additional inputs from the expert that could help perform the required analysis
Customer would need to use SOC IBIS models with the actual load applied to the output if they needed
to know our VOL or VOH at any load other than 3mA. The customer effectively needs to do the same with the PSRAM IBIS model
to determine what is VOL and VOH levels of that device under realistic operating conditions.
VOL and VOH are typically defined for a specific current.
For example, we define SOC 1.8V LVCMOS VOL and VOH values with a 3mA load.
SOC low output voltage will be equal to or less than the worst case value of 0.45V defined in the datasheet with a 3mA load and
will begin to approach VSS as you reduce the load current.
SOC high output voltage will be equal to or greater than the worst case value of (VDD-0.45V) defined in the datasheet with a 3mA load
and will begin to approach VDD as you reduce the load current.
