LP-MSPM0G3507: External CAN IC connection problem

Dear sir ,

I am using RX CAN message Example code when we connected our message transmitter through your MSPM0G3507 launchpad with external CAN IC so CAN communication is working fine . but when i used same IC on another board and try to establish CAN communication it shows BUS error - Bit error (RX) . what could be a reason . Please help .
