MSPM0L1305: Disabling (Excluding from build) syscfg file in Code composer studio

I want to exclude syscfg file from the workspace and created new folder structure under targetConfigs section as shown in below pic. Facing compilation issue.

 

NOTE: Paths are added in Project Properties -> Directiories section as shown in below pic 

If I include syscfg file in compilation then it will compile successfully.

How to resolve compilation errors after disabling syscfg file any settings needs to be done ?
