AM2434: Can AM243x work as PCIe EP to work together with PC?

Hi Expert,

          We are thinking of make AM243x as a PCIe EP to be controled by a PC. But for PC standard, the PCIe EP device have to be initialed in 100ms. Or it can not be found by the PC's PCIe bus controller. So our question is : Is AM243x be able to finish the bootup and initial the PCIe inside 100ms?
