Part Number: SYSCONFIG
I imported a project that was built outside CCS using makefiles and sysconfig. When I tried to build it in CCS, I get errors that type symbols could not be resolved.
Oddly, this error first occured when I was using CCS12.6. I reverted to CCS12.4 and it didn't have these errors. Then I tried to compile again and here they are. Why? What's going on?
I see that it was selected to Run as you type, but oddly not Run as you build.
I followed 6.1. Creating and Managing Projects — Code Composer Studio 12.7.0 Documentation
Project Properties (show advanced options) → C/C++ General → Code Analysis → Launching, and observe that the “Run with build” and “Run as you type” boxes are unchecked
The errors still show up, so there is still something wrong. I see that they are Semantic Errors. I'll try to run it this afternoon to see if I can run it in spite of these errors.
Do these settings look correct?
Is the Codan setting configured for "Use workspace settings"? If not, please set it so.
Two solutions: 1. Turning off Semantics checking in the workspace settings. or 2. After unselecting both Launch options, restarting CCS.
