LM2679: LM2679S-3.3/NOPB product problem

We did an ultrasonic scan of this product and found that there were holes in the molding compound across the bonded wire region, and the layered pins in the bonded wire region were completely separated from the plastic seal. Could you please help confirm the cause of this and whether it affects the use? Thank you

It is difficult to comment based on these images - I have not seen ultrasound images like this in the past.

We these purchased directly from TI? Could you share the label from the box or invoice for us to track?

I did not receive comments on the ultrasound images but if the parts have been purchased from TI.com, they have passed final test and follow the datasheet specifications.
