TMDSEMU110-U: Device to use with SK-TDA4VM to program the TDA4VM processor

I intended to buy the TMDSEMU560V2STM-U device to bare metal program the TDA4VM processor on the SK-TDA4VM board. However, I found the TMDSEMU110-U debug probe on the Texas Instruments website, which is a cheaper option. Can the TMDSEMU110-U debug probe be used for bare-metal programming as a substitute for the TMDSEMU560V2STM-U? I'm using the Code Composer Studio IDE.
