Couldn't find related info regarding IO's (analog & digital IO's), does the TIVA support "HOT SWAP" capability, in that case IO pins can be applied with power even before supply power has been applied to device (without being powered up through protection diode, etc'...).
In my design it may occur that ADC inputs or digital input will be applied prior to supply power.
