TMS570LS3137: TMS570LS3137 XDS100 V2 DEBUGGER PROBLEM

Hello;

I can't program my device with XDS100 V2 DEBUGGER .

-I checked the connections

-I checked my 3V3 and 1V2 voltages

-I cheked the debugger with an another PCB and it's working fine

-I checked the crystal clock signal and it is 16 Mhz

I can't figure out the problem, can you help me please...

I am adding the jtag connection schematics below.

    1. The RTCK is not a standard JTAG signal, so leaving it NC is OK.

    2. If nTRST is not connected to emulator, the nTRST should be pulled HIGH on your target PCB board. If nTRST is connected to debugger or emulator which has an internal pull-up on nTRST signal, a pull-down is added to nTRST on target PCB board.
