LP-MSPM0G3507: How to use two EVB boards to test CAN-FD?

No, it doesn't work. The reason is related to CAN bus features. RX will monitor the CAN bus with the signal even if it doesn't do receive.

I suggest you enable the loopback function for a try without transceiver.

While I will recommend you use a transceiver to create a CAN bus and test the CAN module. Any transceiver can work.

While, as the MSPM0 device is typical 3.3V power supply, I assume the pull-up voltage should be the same with VDD (typical 3.3V).

Please check the suggestion from David,or use a transceiver to test MCAN module.

By the way, please also check your LP version, if it is a NON-RTM samples, then you need get the RTM version for further test.

The version marked here will show some informations.

If it is marked with "LP-MSPM0G3507", then it should be the RTM version. Currently it will also marked with "Rev.A".
