Dear Champs,

I am asking this for our customer.

CCS 12.7

The error shows

Note that both these two functions work in Uniflash 8.6 but fail on CCS 12.7.

Would you please clarify?

I assume it is not supported currently. You can file a new thread in CCS forum to get more detail feedback.

Dear Sal,

Would you please forward this to CCS team contact?

Because the latest Uniflash has supported it but the latest CCS seems to fail with an argument, I believe there is just a bug there with CCS 12.7.

Hi Wayne,

While, if customer only want to use factory reset with CCS, he can follow the guide I previous shared. This can be a workaround.

I also recommend you report to CCS team, another forum in CCS thread sounds good.
