AM2732: AM273x secure function

Hi

May I have question about AM273x?

Q1

In DS, there is security part number.

and wrote "Produstion Key HS Device".

Is this mean TI key programmed (in OTP) and this is HS-FS device, same as other K3 archi processor? 

Q2

AM273x could upgrade  to HS-SE device?

(Can update OTP Key?)

And the Key can change only once by customer right?

Q3

I believe there is secure document for AM273 security SDK/document (include OTP key writer).

If there is, Could you let me know request form's address or link?

    Hi, 

    I am going to pass this question along to another team member for further updates. But here is my initial response: 

    Q1. The secure key is customer programmed through OTP e-fuse memory. The method of programming (OTP key writer) is provided by TI.  

    Q2. OTP e-fuse memory is limited and each memory location can only be written to a single time. However, multiple key writing sessions can be done over time, with each session writing to different portions of the available OTP memory. 

    Q3. I believe this is only available through local sales team support. Please contact your local TI sales office for this information.
