In device Manager it show Stellaris Device Firmware Upgrade.
How to solve it?

Hi Aria,
What CCS, IAR, or Uniflash version are you using to carry out the firmware upgrade? Please visit the Troubleshooting section of the XDS110 Debug Probe product page and further supplement what other means you've tried to recover the XDS110 device.

Ryan
Hi Ryan,
I tried to do dss from https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/dss_launching_ccs_from_dss.html.
I installed CCS-12.5,12.7 I'm not sure which version opened for dss. I run that rhino launcher it failed also it popped up and suddenly closed.
Can you try loading a binary image for your target device using the CCSTUDIO GUI or communicate commands through UNIFLASH, and provide screenshots of the observed behavior? Also, did you try some of the XDS110 Troubleshooting recommendations such as using the xdsdfu tool? Also, what is your target MCU which you are attempting to program/debug?
Regards,
Ryan
Hi Ryan I tried xdsdfu command. but The requested device was not found on the bus.
XDS110 debug probe not detected in device manager,
There are two options for flashing the bootloader and the xdsdfu option includes connecting the JTAG TDO pin of the XDS110 device to ground.

It sounds like the update failed and the bootloader got corrupted. You may need to reflash the bootloader. Please see the section called "Flashing the bootloader" under the "Troubleshooting" section of the below document:
