AM263P4: Is the TRM formally released?

Part Number: AM263P4

Hi,

I was looking the technical reference manual of the AM263Px microcontrollers. The one I found is "SPRUJ55A", this document says it is only "EARLY PRELIMINARY INFORMATION". Is there formal released version of the TRM? or Is there a tentative planned date of release, if it is not released yet?

Another question is, what target should I select in the CCS if I use this microcontroller. I could not find AM263 in the list.

My CCS version is 10.1.0.00010.

Hi Gobind,

In regards to your initial question - yes the TRM is fully released. That note was left in by accident and will be removed from the TRM in the next version published.

In regards to your second question, please start a new thread so the correct expert can best answer your question.

Hello Gobind,

You may need to update to a newer version of CCS, especially if using latest SDK for AM263. If CCS 10 supported AM263 it would have been a fairly early version of the SDK. If you can't update to newer CCS, as Brennan said, please make a dedicated thread for that so we can get a proper expert to help.
