In lock step mode how can we understand and get the output after the comparison during the lock step mode. How can we get it through the firmware.
Can we get the complete steps to configure and get the error or the output after the lock step mode. And how to get the output through firmware.

Please have a look at the section "R5FSS Lockstep Compare" in the AM263 TRM (AM263x Sitara
Microcontroller Technical Reference Manual (Rev. F) (ti.com)) for the explanation on lockstep mode and its compare module.
There's an example on the same provided through the SDK AM263x MCU+ SDK: SDL CCM (ti.com). Please go through these and let us know if you have any further questions.
