Yes, that should be possible. I believe you would need to recompile the secondary boot loader (SBL) and modify the PLL initialization that takes care of these clock dividers. Thank you for your reply.

Before asking this question, I changed SBL's clock settings and rebuilt it, but it didn't seem to work as intended, but I may have made the changes in the wrong place.

I felt relieved knowing that my policy was correct.

I'll do some more research and try it out.
