TMDSEMU200-U: Defective Emulator, Windows does not seen it

Part Number: TMDSEMU200-U


I bought a TMDSEMU200-U on DigiKey.

I received it, plug it in my computer and Windows does not detect it. No lights turn on. I tried different computers and different cables and it still not seen by the computer.

We have other TMDSEMU200-U that work fine with the same procedure.

Is there something I missed?

This question is asked to allow replacement of the part.

    Hello,

    If the probe will not even power up, then it sounds like some hardware defect. I assume the probe is from Blackhawk. You can try contacting them for further troubleshooting. For returns, please contact the vendor directly (DigiKey in this case).
