MSPM0L1306: Cannot select PA5 or PA10 as GPIO pins in SysConfig

I'm trying to setup the pin mappings in SysConfig according to the schematic from my EE. However, I cannot select PA5 (pin 9) or PA10 (pin 14) as GPIO pins. They simply don't appear in the list of pins. I have checked that I do not have either of those pins assigned to anything else. Additionally, the device pin diagram in SysConfig shows those two pins as available.

I've attached the generated pin assignments text file from SysConfig.
