Was working on the timer mode one shot lab and encountered the error:
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -6305) PRSC module failed to write to a router register.
(Emulation package 12.7.0.00130)
I've moved all the jumpers along J10 and have ensured that J8 is populated and I still get this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you use the LP-MSPM0G3507? It seems that your M0 has been clocked because some reasons. You can unlock your M0 through the methods mentioned in the figures. And if you still can't connect the MCU, please choose another LaunchPad to use.

1). Please check the connection between debugger and M0 target again.
2). You can download the BSL.GUI in SDK version 1_30_00_03 which can be downloaded from: MSPM0-SDK Software development kit (SDK) | TI.com
3). If all the methods can't resolve this issue, maybe you need to use another M0 chip because this one has been locked completely.
