AM263P4-Q1: ADC reference accuracy confirmation

Hi Joe,

The PMU ADC Reference DC Accuracy is the actual performance value when the device is configured to use the internal ADC reference voltage. ADC VREFHI is the true requirement for the ADC Voltage reference regardless of internal or external reference. If needed, a more stringent external reference voltage could be provided to help further increase accuracy. I am also providing some additional resources below for review.
