It seems PBIST test is always executed as described in TRM5.7.9.1.5.

When error occurred in this RBL PBIST test, how it can be detected and described in RBL logger in below TRM?

My customer tried to parse PBIST test result in RBL as we released parsing tool, but could not find any information.

Could you please check how they can check if PBIST test worked in RBL?

When customer can check logger memory?

It seems like the logger memory region(0x0008 2800 ~ ) is overlapped with TCMB memory region, and I'm worrying it will be inialized while application will be loaded.

this issue is resolved. the log was found in the bootloader before application loading.
