Once the device is unlocked whether one uses CCS or Lauterbach should not matter.  A secure device will have some cores and regions locked out (even after boot authentication) as such if you try and run a script which touches those locked devices there will be a failure.

I suspect you are not using CCS and Lauterbach the same way in your trials. I would expect if you boot and try to only attach to an R5 (just run _am263_r5ss.cmm) probably it works, and this may be similar to how you are using a CCS attach.  If you try and run a more involved script maybe some aspect needs adjusting.

What exactly is not working?  What all things were tried?
