I found out that SAFETI_DIAG_LIB supports the self-test and other functional safety features of RMx and C2000 MCU.

Does AM263x MCU have a similar software LIB to implement its functional safety mechanisms?

Hi Xuesi,

The TMS570 SDL includes the APIs to configure PMIC and enable the diagnostics of PMIC. The AM263x SDL doesn't support PMIC programming.
