If a problem occurs in the MCU and a reset occurs, I would like to save a log of the cause of the problem in the MCU memory before resetting. What should I do?
This log should be able to be checked after rebooting the MCU.

You should need to store the reset cause into either flash or FEE.
Please refer above thread, there i gave a method to pass the reset cause to the main function.
Once you get reset cause to the main function then you can easily call the FEE routines and can store the reset cause in the nonvolatile memory.
