Hi Manuel, I have checked with the HW team and they have not done tests on power consumption with different temperature ranges. There is a general document which provides some details on power estimation at junction temperature of 38° C. This is done on AM64x but is similar for AM243x also.

PET tool https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SPRM779 is it. For conservative estimate of PROFINET set ICSSG instance and one R5 core to 100%. You can control the Tj in the tool, it just defaults to 38C.

In overall power consumption ICSSG is like max 150mW and R5 is 40mW at 100% load. The Tj of the silicon will have a much larger impact on power consumption that anything an R5 does.
