Hi,

Do you have two or more NICs (Network Interface Card) on your PC which is running LM flash programmer. If you do, disable all NICs except the one that is on the same network as the MCU. It is possible that your issue is similar to this post. https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/arm-based-microcontrollers-group/arm-based-microcontrollers/f/arm-based-microcontrollers-forum/675608/tm4c1294kcpdt-lmflash-ethernet-update-bug---magic-packet-sent-on-wrong-interface. There is a bug in LM flash programmer where it would send the magic packet to the wrong NIC.
