Recommended to try first 1-device loopback
Software:
Hardware:
Device 1 (J16) <-> Device 2 (J16)
RX0_CLK <-> TX0_CLK
TX0_CLK <->RX0_CLK
GND <-> GND (both lines of ground)
RX0_D0 <-> TX0_D0
TX0_D0 <-> RX0_D0
Alternative (recommended) use "Fast serial interface (FSI) adapter board evaluation module" daughter card on top of LP.

Hardware:
Device 1 (J7 Rev C) <-> Device 2 (J16)
RX0_CLK <-> TX0_CLK
TX0_CLK <-> RX0_CLK
GND <-> GND (both lines of ground)
RX0_D0 <-> TX0_D0
TX0_D0 <-> RX0_D0
Alternative (recommended) use "Fast serial interface (FSI) adapter board evaluation module" daughter card on top of LP. AM243x EVM connects to this daughter card with jumper cables.
