AM2432: USB peripherals when booting in DEV MODE

excuse me, there are two questions
1、Why can't the AM243 use USB peripherals when booting in DEV MODE?
2、My custom PCB board currently doesn't have UART pin, so I can not " Flash SOC Initialization Binary" using the serial port. I booting the chip in DEV MODE and running the script on CCS, I can run the program, but the USB peripherals don't work. When I previously tested with the evm, I found that the USB peripherals worked in xspi mode. How should I proceed with this?

    Can you please tell what error are you getting?

    I am able to run the USB example on AM243x HSFS device in DEV boot mode. Please refer below video.
