I would like to confirm if TI Arm Clang LLVM 3.2. LTS can be used for both AM243x and RM41x?

For compiler information on AM243x, please refer to the release notes for the MCU+ release that you are interested in.

Hi Huichen,

We don't recommend the TI Clang compiler for Hercules devices (Including RM41x).

This is because the HALCoGen generated code, SDL (safety diagnostic library, CSP test cases) are not fully supported by TI-Clang.

If you use TI-Clang, you need to update CSP test cases, HalCOGen generated code etc manually.

This is the reason we always recommend customer to use TI ARMCL compiler for Hercules controllers.
