I am trying to configure a comparator that has three inputs. When I configure the comparator with one input, it works fine. However, when I attempt to configure another channel for the same comparator, it doesn't work and shows a resource conflict.[I need both inputs].The controller is MSPM0G3507

How are you configuring it for three inputs? The IMSEL and IPSEL are selecting single channels, so at most you really get two inputs.
Are you muxing this to a pin and wiring all inputs manually? If so iI recommend checking the other pins you are using in sysconfig as Zain mentions.

What i am doing is i am Configuring one comparator in sysconfig I am configuring one comparator with one input pin.Than adding one more comparator and configuring with other input pin of same comparator,but it shows resource conflict here only.I checked for peripherals linkage of the pins but its not linked.I tried for other pins also..
It shows resource conflict as comparator is in use.Can you tell me the steps to configure other pins.

You cannot use the same comparator twice in sysconfig.
Are you trying to enable both the inverting and noninverting inputs of a single COMP? You can do that from one COMP instance in sysconfig as long as you select both under "Enable Channel Inputs."
Your resource conflict message indicates that COMP0 is already in use.
