MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM243X: If i modified the SDK, how could I transfer my project to other co-workers?

Tool/software:

Hi Ti expert,

           I'm new for CCS, SDK and Sitara.

           Sometimes, I have to modify the source code of SDK, for example, to change some setting of FreeRTOS.

           My question is how could I transfer or deliver my project correctly? 

           Even if I and my co-worker use the same version SDK, as his/her SDK isn't modified, my project will not work correctly.   

           So, should I deliver all my SDK with my project? Or there is a common way for this condition?

    We are committed to provide support for the TI SDK usage, evaluations, and so on. But this particular query is about managing a project among co-workers working on the same. So, you should browse the Internet for different solutions.

    Personally, you may use Git for managing your project.
