I'm not clear with your question. If you are talking about the pinouts and the terminal functions then you can find them in the device datasheet. Go to section 28 and 29 of the datasheet for details.

If you are talking about package info then they are also in the datasheet.

Please go to page 2011 of the device datasheet where the mechanical data for the package has all the dimensions provided. If this is not what you are looking for then provide me an example of the landing pattern.
