I am looking into using the AM2632 (or other Sitara MCU) for an application in a radiation environment, mainly due to its error detection and correction features.
Are any radiation testing reports availablke for this part or any other from the Sitara series (similar to how they were available for the TMS570LC4357 long before the -SEP variant was released)?
I am not looking for any official guarantees or recommendations for using this part in that environment (I am pretty sure you can only give these for -SEP parts), but just want to get a feel for the suitability before investing ressources into our own radiation testing. I can sign an NDA if necessary, of course.
