LP-AM263P: Unable to detect device after firmware update.

Hi All,

I am trying out LP AM263P.

Tried to Run the GPIO example code in launch pad
Pop up came to upgrade the XDS110 in launch pad and selected it
Download completed confirmation obtained
Then Launch pad was only detected as serial port not for debug in PC.
Then As per XDS110Support readme doc tried to Update the XDS110 firmware in DFU mode it was success but still not able to connect the Debugger.

Connected in DFU mode by shorting the jumper:-

Upgrading the Firmware:-

After that also it is not detected:-

Kindly support in resolution.

With one board this issue solved with that procedure.

with another one the is not switching the mode from DFU to Standard one

I have tried even Updating bootloader also it is same

So to confirm, you can ground the TDO pin to force it to DFU mode and have it detected by the system but after you flash the firmware (with -c 1) or flash the bootloader, you are unable to get it to standard mode?

first I tried couple of times like after flash the firmware with -c 1, as it didn't work, I have flashed bootloader

Is the issue that it is detected by the system but it is constantly stuck in DFU mode no matter what you do?

yes, it was stuck in DFU mode only

It looks like this launchpad has some other issue. If the -c 1 option or reflashing the bootloader and resetting the XDS110 does not help, then the launchpad may be defective.
