Hi team,

In our custom board we are using RM57L843 Microcontroller. In that custom board we are using Ethernet interface. My doubt is When I execute a simple delay function in cloned project example. Time taken to execute the delay longer. But when I create a new halcogen project and configure the halcogen as per the spna239.pdf user guide then replaced the HALCoGen-RM57x folder and executed the same delay function. It take less time to execute the delay. I cross verified the all configuration in halcogen all are same. But I don't know why it different time delay.

If you are seeing different delays for above function means, it should have different CPU clocks (GCLK):

Because this delay is just a for loop with some fixed values and this code execute based on CPU clock only. If both projects have same count value, then it should only depend on the GCLK value if the GCLK also same then the delay should be same.

Thanks for your fast reply, When I use this function in newly created holcogen project it's delay time is different. Here the GCLK is same but the delay function give different time.

Hi Veerappan,

According to my understand, if the delay API code and GLCK are same in both projects then the delay should be same.

Is it possible to share the both the projects for testing at my end? If you want, you can send through private chat as well.
