Hi, for TMS5703137CGWTMEP, it is possible to get the clamping circuit which is clamping the ADC input pin (i.e. AD1IN1) at 5.5V?
I got from datasheet that input clamping current limit and max input voltage of ADC as 5.5V. I want to know the component used for that clamping circuit.

I can't tell exactly how they are creating diode inside the controller, i think they will create a diode from CMOS technology within the controller.
What i can tell you is that how it will be between the analog input pin and the VCCAD.
The clamp diode will be present as below:
The clamp diode will be in between your ADC input and VCCAD, as long as our ADC input is less than the VCCAD the diode will be in open circuit only and our input will be properly read by the ADC unit.
Once our ADC input voltage is greater than the VCCAD then this clamping diode will start conducting and clamping current (Iik) will get flow through this diode.
