Hello Experts,

Could you help me understand, if the SDK 4.x GUI supports recording the object data and if there are any scripts provided to parse this data?

also with AM273x+AWR2243BOOST, can I somehow store the raw data as well ? I know it does not provide that option out of the box and it has already made clear that for raw ADC data I would need DCA1000.

But just with AM273x+AWR2243BOOST combination can I stream the ADC data and process it as per my application ?

Hi Dnyandeep,

Yes, you can use mmWave Demo Visualizer (ti.com) to record the object data. You can click on Record Start button in the Plots tab.

There is a sample parser scripts in the SDK. You can find it at mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_06_00_01\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_06_00_01\ti\demo\parser_scripts\mmw_demo_example_script.py.

Currently we do not have any application available to stream ADC data without DCA1000. But you can try to stream the ADC data using Ethernet. For this new application the support will be limited but you can try it at your end.

Dear TI team,

Could you please confirm if I could generate 3D pointcloud with AWR2243boost with TMDS273EVM ? also confrim how to calculate FoV of AWR2243? Figure 2-11.and 10 from https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spruit8 share the details but then how azimuth and elevation change for different range ?
