I uploaded the gpio_input_capture program to your board. The program works great. As soon as I change the GPIO from the input the program does not work.
In addition, is there a manual for all the functions or how to work with the software? Things are not clear until the end in a smooth way
What is your intention behind the input, what is not working?
I recommend using SysConfig to configure the GPIO. A common technique I use, see what SysConfig is generating then copy + paste the functions, so I can quickly find the APIs to change configurations in app code. First image, highlighted yellow are the files to look at, (press <> to get the generated files). Second image has a git style of additions or removals, you can directly copy these functions.

when I change the pin input in your board to another pin- the program is built but the LED is not light when I put an input (5V) to this pin.
What do I miss?

Hi Daniel,
Just a word of caution, there are only 2 5-V tolerant pins on the device (PA0 and PA1) so any other pin has a 3.3v recommended limit (the datasheet will give you the absolute max limit).
S1 (PA18 switch) will go high when pressed and S2(PB21) will go low when pressed. See the schematic from the LP-MSPM0G3507 User's Guide
To change the trigger state of the GPIOs, open up the Interrupts/Events tab in the GPIO section and change to either the rising or falling edge (rising will be 0->3.3V, falling will be 3.3V->0V); Trigger on both edges will work as well. The Digital IOMUX features will allow you to configure the internal resistors to be a pull-up or pull-down. For S2 since it connects to ground when pressed, you want a pull-up resistor so you can observe a state change.
