Hi,

Customer is progressing IEC61508 SIL certification under below condition.

CCS : 12.4.0.00007

Compiler version: TI V20.2.7.LTS

Halcogen version: 04.07.01  

Do we have any history of certification with this condition?

If yes, could you provide SIL document?

    CCS itself is not certified for functional safety, but it can be used to develop safety-related software.

    The TI ARM compiler is not certified to any safety standards. TI provides Compiler Qualification KITs to enable customers to use TI compilers for functional safety development.

    The HALCoGen SW development process was certified, but the HALCOGen generated code is not certified. 

    The HALCoGen compliance support package (CSP) was developed to provide documentation, reports and unit test capability to assist customers using HALCoGen generated software to comply with functional safety standards such as IEC 61508 and ISO 26262.
