I checked the3 datasheet (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/spns162/spns162.pdf) and sadly the I2C pins are not exposed on any header, too bad because this is a specific feature my company was expecting and wanted to test.

Yasuki,

I am sorry that the I2C signals are not mapped to the headers on the USB stick. Please refer to TMS570 and RM48 HDKs. The I2C signals are routed to the U-shap headers.
